Jackie Kennedy and her Love in Black

Love in Black is the new female perfume designed by British brand Creed. It was founded in England in 1760, even if it was moved to Paris in 1854. Creed has not lost his British heritage. This aroma is an answer to Love in White, a fragrance launched in 2005 and targeted to brides.

Other Creed's perfumes are related to famous women such as Fleurissimo to Grace Kelly and Spring Flower to Audrey Hepburn. In Love in Black the oriental violet (favorite of 15th century's elite) is the heart. It also has wooden hints and iris. Greek wildflowers were added to paid homage to Aristotle Onassis -last Jacqueline's husband- while the black gooseberry is a homage to her French heritage.

Why Jackie? Because the fragrance is elegant and very feminine. Moreover, Creed decided to use a black bottle, since this color is synonym of elegance and solemnity.
